Mr. Rottman charges a flat rate of $5,600 per day. The flat rate includes all advance preparation time and unlimited hours at the mediation itself. If the case is not resolved, Mr. Rottman will typically engage in follow-up post-mediation services at no additional charge. Travel-related fees will be charged only in the event travel is required outside the greater Los Angeles region. Full payment of the mediation fee must be received in advance of the mediation date. Deposits will be refunded if the matter is settled or continued and written notice is received twenty one (21) days in advance of the first scheduled hearing date. Otherwise, at our sole discretion, a refund will be made only to the extent that other mediation matters are scheduled and heard within the reserved time.
